Q: Is there any risk of drowning?
A: The high buoyancy of the water makes it impossible for the individual to go beneath the surface. Floating is completely safe.

A: This is a common concern. You can choose to float with the door of the pod open and with the interior light on.

Q: Can I float if I have dyed hair?
A: Please wait 24-48 hours after you dye your hair to float. Floating decreases the life of keratin treatments and hair extensions (like swimming in the ocean). We cannot guarantee that your hair treatments will not have some sort of change during your float. If you would like, you are more than welcome to wear a swim cap.
